1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to legally hold cryptocurrency to use NyxTap. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to claim additional rewards is not allowed and may result in a ban and forfeiture of pending rewards.

2. How Rewards Work

Faucet claims, site PTC ads, partner offer completions, contest prizes, and streak bonuses are each credited to your NYX balance, withdrawable to the FaucetPay-supported coin of your choice. Reward amounts, cooldowns, and availability are set by us and may change at any time without notice. Partner-offer rewards may be held for a review period before payout (see the FAQ) and may be reversed if the partner network reports the completion as fraudulent.

3. Prohibited Use

Automated claiming (bots/scripts), VPN/proxy abuse to bypass limits, multiple accounts, and any attempt to defraud our partner ad/offer networks are all prohibited and grounds for an immediate ban without payout of any pending or in-review rewards.

4. No Guarantee of Service

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and reward rates/program availability may change or be discontinued at any time.

5. Third-Party Networks

Partner offer networks shown on the PTC page are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, offers, or payout decisions.
